Please allow up to 24 hours for order processing and verification, and an additional 2-10 business days for delivery. Prices displayed on the website are exclusive of taxes. All orders are shipped out on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Returns & Replacements
We make returns fast and convenient. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns withing 14 calendar days of original purchase date. There will be a $15 restocking fee. Products must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in their original packaging. At this time we do not process exchanges. If you're like a different size or product, please return your original item(s) for a refund and place a new order for your desired replacement(s). You have 14 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to postmark your return.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Uptown prides itself in always charging “Box Price” for its sneakers. You will never find us charging a price above the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) on a product.
